Efficient Plastech operates in a combined area of 145,000 sq.ft with in-house manufacturing, decoration and assembly operations.

Injection Moulding Facility

Our molding units across facility are equipped with IM machines ranging from 50 – 300 Tons , integrated with robotic arms, hot runner systems and advanced ancillary equipment.

We are constantly enhancing our capabilities. We have now added Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) facilities.

Assembly Operations

We have assembly floors with ~200 assembly personnel working in multiple shifts. The assembly floor is clean and sterile. We also have automation facilities for a reduction in human errors while assembling critical parts.

Development and Qualification of Tools

We provide Prototype tool development support, Prototype tool trials, sample batch production, and Functional testing. We support new tool qualification and audit of existing tools as well.
